When throttling / limiting an update’s download speed, CPU usage and temperature increase substantially when compared to unlimited download speed.
Ie, when not limited:
Usage ~ 4-7 %
(Blizzard update agent ~ 0.6-1.3 %)
Temperature ~ 53 degC
When limited:
Usage ~ 24-32 %
(Blizzard update agent ~ 14-16 %)
Temperature ~ 74-78 degC
