Battle.net Desktop App Always crashing?

anyone else having issues with the battle.net desktop app?
I haven’t been able to log in at all for about 12 hours now.

I keep getting the message “Blizzard agent went to sleep. attempting to wake up…”
Followed by “Oops, an error occurred while loading game information. Whoops! Looks like something broke (or crashed). Please try restarting battle.net and/or your computer”

are there any fixtures to this problem yet?

Let’s see if we can narrow down the cause.

  1. Make sure you do not have any Malware on your computer by using:
    AdwCleaner - Free Adware Cleaner & Removal Tool | Malwarebytes
    and
    https://www.malwarebytes.org/

  2. Create a new Windows admin account to see if the same thing happens on the new Admin account. This will rule out any Windows specific setting issues as all Windows specific settings will be defaulted.

You will need to report that to Activision. Blizzard does not address those types of issues for Call of Duty games:
