couldnt believe that battle.net doesnt offer automatic balance prioritization , if any is available, before charging the remaining amount from another means of payment, as the competition (steam) does since many years, but only allows one absolute means of payment, and if the balance isnt enough to cover the price, it remains untouched and only a different means of payment is used solely.
…i just paid €99 with my debit card for diablo 4 ultimate, while having €64 on my battle.net balance, instead of using up these €64 and charging the rest to my means of payment of choice (debit card in this particular case).
please, make this automatic depletion of the battle.net balance first, before charging the rest to another means of payment available. cannot believe i really need to request this feature from a aaaa publisher, in 2023…
