Battlenet app is slow

So the problem i’ve been having is that the app is very slow. So for example if im on the game section and im on COD MW, if i click on Overwatch, it takes like 5-6 second for the Overwatch to come in background and then a further 3-5 seconds for the slides related to Overwatch to appear. This is very annoying please help :frowning:

Thanks for reaching out! I’m sorry to hear of the slow/unresponsive Battle.net Desktop App issues. Poor performance with the Battle.net Desktop App can be caused by a few things such as proxy settings, outdated drivers or Windows, or a conflicting third-party program. Let’s try the following:

  1. Disable any proxy settings.
  2. In Blizzard app settings, under Advanced Settings, try toggling “Use browser hardware acceleration when available”.
  3. Uninstall and Reinstall the Battle.net Desktop App.
