Battlenet and COD setup

I have tried every suggestion to get these programs to run with no luck. Error code BLZBNTBTS0000005B everytime. Please Help

Howdy r8r13,

Are you not able to install the Blizzard app at all? If so, that typically indicates a background program such as antivirus software that may be blocking the install.

Its not really the antivirus i’ve been playing with cod warzone with microsoft anti virus and it doesnt affect it at all

Correct. I just get that error code for both that and COD. It is the only thing I have a problem with.
