Battle.net says need to update and then won’t update as says can’t access a folder. Even though I am signed in as administrator and checked all files, security settings etc - all given access. There seems to be constant issues and no replies. Anyone have any ideas?

Im getting a similar issue at the moment, Battle net is asking for my permission which is okay with me. But after I click okay there is no prompt for me to give it permission. Im in an infinite loop of trying to give it permission. error code BLZBNTAGT00000870
Seems to be constant issues with battle.net right now and Blizzard just don’t answer any tickets at all
