I purchased mw2 before it came out and played for a while and then all of a sudden, the game crashed and now it’s telling me to buy again. At this point im willing to take legal actions. I paid for that game and now you expect me to buy again.

what legal action you going to take? The games broken, so they will just tell you they will fix it in time and to wait patiently and nothing will happen to them. Not to mention any game you have as a digital copy doesn’t mean you get it forever to boot. That’s why you always buy hard copies.
