Battle Net Desktop App disconnecting / revconnecting every minute

Since yesterday i have the following problem:
Bnet App disconnects and reconnects every couple of minutes. This also leads to disconnects in WoW ( WOW51900319 error).
I have tried following:

  • disable background apps
  • reinstalled bnet desktop app
  • check hosts file
  • disabled firewall
  • restart the router
  • Renew your IP
  • Flush your DNS

Here is the looking glass test i take under: eu-looking-glass.battle-net
with the option Bnet authentication:

Hey, Medusa! The looking glass looks fine here. There have been some connectivity issues with Europe that may be related. To check, could you gather a WinMTR file until the problem occurs for 5 to 10 minutes. Since this is happening with the Blizzard Application, please use the IP Address/Host: eu.actual.battle.net. Copy and paste the text file created and paste it between two ~~~ like so:

WinMTR Here

If you have issues pasting here, use Pastebin and post the end of the link. (ie. 123456 for pastebin.com/123456)

This is the MTR clippboard:

Medusa,

Sorry for the delay here. It looks like we may have missed your reply. I checked this winMTR and it looks like partway through your ISP’s network you start dropping a lot of packets. It’s possible that their network may be getting overwhelmed right now due to higher than normal internet usage around the world over the last few weeks as more and more people stay home.

  1. | 100.127.1.7 - 0 | 54 | 54 | 9 | 26 | 55 | 29 |
  2. | 100.127.1.11 - 5 :warning:| 47 | 45 | 11 | 34 | 65 | 25 |

That warning sign there is the problem - you dropped about 10 packets there in the test, which caused your disconnection. You can try using a VPN to work around the problem, but other than that you’ll need to contact your internet service provider and show a tier 2 or 3 technician this winMTR. They can try reaching out to whoever owns that part of the internet to see if there’s anything to be done.
