Battle.net crash

It is impossible to start any of the games on Battle.net - when you try to start the client crash. When you try to run the latest version of the client also crash occurs - Windows says that the application being run is not a Win32 file.These crashes occur on Windows 7 HP with the latest batch of updates.Still 4-6 hours ago all quietly was launched.

Deleting temporary files allowed to run (briefly) client update, but then immediately flew an error from the first link.
Upd. Battlenet is the only client that being installed is not determined by the system. GOG / Origin / Uplay /Bethesda - their Windous sees.But Battlenet does not exist.This lasts for the last 6-8 months.
Upd2. After performing the CHKDSK procedure and trying to run any game, the following message popped up: “Battlenet/Battlenet11646/libcef.dll is either not designed to run Windows or it contains an error.Try reinstalling the program using the original installation media, or contact your system administrator or software vendor for support.”

Compatibility mode doesn’t help
Run under Administrator - no effect
Disabling antivirus - no effect
On a system with Windows 10 LTSB - works fine.But on a system with Windows 7 HP / Max - there are crashes.
