Title, takes ages to swap between each game and is generally very unresponsive and annoying to use.

Same problem here, I’ve already reinstalled and the issue persist.
yup I find the same, and the app has a generic lame doc look in my BOTTOM WINDOWS BAR. all normal apps have a custom look on the bottom windows bar, but blizzard looks like a white doc with a fold in the top right corner. its so sad
Months later I finally found a fix while randomly googling, I have no idea why doing this works but it works! If it helps I’m running windows 7 64 bit.
1 Press Windows Key + R.
2 Type inetcpl.cpl into the Run window.
3 Click OK.
4 Click the Connections tab.
5 Select Never dial a connection (if available).
6 Click LAN settings.
7 Uncheck Use a proxy server for your LAN.
8 If Use a proxy server for your LAN is already unchecked, try to toggle Automatically detect settings. If it is checked, uncheck it. If it is not checked, check it.
9 Click OK.
