(Resolved) Automatic Updates - Game Specific Settings not working

On Windows 10 v1909 (possibly other versions) if Game Specific Settings is selected as the Automatic Updates method the settings are not honored.

I have been able to reproduce this on 3 different systems all running the same version of the client and same OS.

Client version: 1.18.0.11698
OS Version: 10.0.18363

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open desktop client.
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Select Game Install/Update
  4. Set Automatic Updates to Game specific settings
  5. Set Games to Latest & Future Updates
    (Hearthstone and Starcraft selected in my test)
  6. Press Done
  7. Repeat steps 2 and 3 and find that Automatic Updates has been set to Apply latest updates and download future patch data for recently played games.

Confirmed problem still exists in client version 1.18.1.11740 following the steps initially detailed to reproduce error.

Confirmed problem still exists in client version 1.19.1.11809 following the steps initially detailed to reproduce error.

Issue appears to have been resolved in client version 1.20.0.11864 when testing the steps detailed above.
