On iOS 13 (perhaps earlier), it looks like the Blizzard Authenticator app on iOS is no longer able to send notifications - I’m guessing it needs to be recompiled with a newer version of the iOS SDK and have a new version submitted to the Apple App Store - it does not show any options for notifications in Notifications menus in the Settings app.
