Are all support requests chatbots? Please help

Is anyone actually answering these or is it just a basic chatbot trying to answer? How is this exchange real over the last two weeks?

I understand that you cannot buy a guild name change due to “An error was encountered. Please come back later”, I totally understand how frustrating that must have been for you, I’m so sorry for that. I will do my best to explain things here.

So xxxx, please check the list below to identify the cause of the error and resolve it, then try to buy your service again.

1-Your character received another service before and you never logged in since
-Log in with the character at least once, log out, and try again

2-For Modern WoW characters, the error can occur if:
-Your character is in the Exile’s Reach
-You must complete the introductory storyline and leave the Exile’s Reach before you can buy a Transfer, Faction Change, or Race Change
-You have an unclaimed reward in the Great Vault
-Visit the Great Vault and claim your reward
-You are a member of a Community
-If you are unable to complete a faction change service, logging in to the character and either leaving the Community or giving leadership to another player may resolve the issue.

3-For WoW Classic characters, this error can occur in the following situations:
-If you are trying to transfer to a realm that is full or closed
-You must choose a different realm
-You haven’t logged in to your character in a long time
-Log in with the character at least once, log out, and try again

4-If you tried everything and the issue persists, kindly contact us.

Hi I’m still having the issue of an error, come back later for guild name change. None of the above solutions are relevant and its been a week since I last asked for help from support. What can you do to help me solve this issue please.

As for the error that showed for you, there could be a few more reasons preventing you from changing the name of the guild, such as the name already being taken on the targeted realm. I can’t even get to the payment screen, the error is prior. I haven’t done a race change or anything on this character, I’ve been GM for more than a week. Can I please for the love of god not get a canned response with a faq and just have someone figure out how you can take my money. This is getting very frustrating.

I have never put in a ticket regarding my phone number. I’m trying to buy a guild name change. I do not get passed the name change page, it says there is an error and to come back later. I have had various people respond with FAQs to solve this issue and non have worked. I need a solution. I have explained this over and again to various GMs

In this case, we’ll suggest trying out the following steps for placing the order:

• Try to delete the billing profile and re-add it for the purchase
• Try to clear the cookies on your browser, or purchase through a different browser, device or Internet
• Try to purchase game time instead of subscription
• Try to purchase with a different payment method

Is anyone actually reading these before responding or are these responses from a chatbot? I’m going to post all these on the forums and see if a real GM responds. All of the last responses are wildly off the mark. This is super disappointing. For the last time I cant even get to the payments tab. The error is before and cookies don’t matter cause I’m trying to buy a guild service in game from the character select screen. unreal

Just to manage expectations, there aren’t any GMs on the forums. GMs can only be reached through tickets.
