Hello Blizzard Support,

I recently received a ban on my account [samkete#2632] for “unauthorized cheat programs,” but I want to clarify that I have never used any hacks, bots, or third-party software that violates Blizzard’s policies. I have always played fairly and followed the rules, so this ban is extremely frustrating and confusing for me.

I have already submitted a ticket regarding this issue but have not received any response yet. My account holds years of progress and dedication, and I kindly ask for a thorough review of my case. If there was any false detection or misunderstanding, I hope Blizzard can reconsider and lift this penalty.

You were banned from warcraft 1 or 2? I didn’t know that was even possible.

Anyway, the appeal ticket is the only way to do this. Nothing can be done on the forums or anywhere else.
