They don’t handle any account issues on the forums, and they also can’t be used as a means for bypassing the ticket queue. You have to submit a ticket and wait for a response.
Which game are you playing? If this is COD related then that is an Activision game. Any appeals are handled through Activision because they make the game, host the game servers, and handle all support and account actions.
You would need to use Activision’s appeal process, if they have one.
