The Battle.net mobile app opens but remains stuck on “Reconnecting…” forever.
I have already: -
Reinstalled the app -
Restarted the phone -
Disabled Game Turbo -
Tried Wi-Fi and mobile data
Battle.net works correctly on PC.
Another Android user in my household has the exact same issue, so this does not appear to be device-specific.
Please investigate this issue.
I’m having the same issue on my POCO X8 Pro with HyperOS 3.0.304.0 / Android 16. The Battle.net app stays on “Not Connected”. I’ve already tried reinstalling the app, disabling Game Turbo, and testing both Wi-Fi and 5G/mobile data. My internet connection works normally and the same Battle.net account works fine on my old Android phone.

I reinstalled the Battle.net app on my old Android phone, where it was working before, and now the exact same issue happens there as well.

Same phone, same problem. Only difference is i’m still using hyper os 2.0.212.0. Seems like updating to hyper os 3 is not going to resolve it. I have done all the steps provided by Blizzard support, forums and even ai. Nothing fix this.
