ok, let me start by saying that unlike trying on a pair of shoes BEFORE buying them, how do you expect me to know if a game I purchase will be to my liking?

I tried the beta on CoD:MW and thinking it was ok, I purchased the game. But after buying the live version, the game changed its interfaces, and a few other things; which in turn changed my opinion of how well I like it.

To further my dissatisfaction, some of the pre-order items are missing, which Activision acknowledges. The lack of Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA), further reinforces my belief I purchased a poor, and maybe an unfinished product.

I have been a loyal WoW player and subscriber for 14 years and am amazed to find a customer support representative in a phone call tell me no refunds on purchases, and no exceptions.

Fine.

I just canceled my WoW subscription since I can no longer support a company that will not support its customers.
