This will not be fixed until tomorrow. They deployed their maintenance and end of day working hours. But rest assured this was not deliberate. The fact that you can delete a character and a new one shows up proves just that. This was not a deliberate countermove by blizzard since Asia/West are completely fine at login. I’m pissed too, but nothing we can do, but be patient.
