AI support system sucks

I made a ticket talking about people DDOSing in my lobby causing me to obviously lose the game. For context this was on Overwatch and three people in our team all got kicked twice. First time this has EVER happened to me and coincidentally not a single person on the other team got kicked and they got a free win. I contacted them asking for my elo back or at least to check on the situation in case anyone in the lobby has prior similar offences. Rather than actually reading my ticket that I created, they just linked a ton of resources talking about crashing in general. If that was my problem I would have said that so it’s pretty obvious that if you make a ticket they literally just give you an ai response pre generated. At least look at the ticket system or remove it. You make it hard enough as it is to make a ticket by hiding it and then you can’t even be bothered to actually look at them. Pretty poor for a multimillionaire company with hundreds of thousands concurrent players. So, no the articles which had nothing to do with my ticket did not help and did not resolve my ticket.
