After downloading the desktop app, I lost the character I was playing with on mobile with battlenet logged in. I already made purchases using that character and spent so much time with it. Can someone help? I have already submitted a ticket and haven’t gotten any response for several days now.
This forum is for troubleshooting technical issues with the Blizzard Desktop Application specifically. Normally I’d recommend posting in the specific game forum for whatever game you are experiencing issues with however those are still only for community based technical troubleshooting for issues with the client.
The ticket is your best course of action here since this is likely an account issue of some sort.
I see you have two open tickets already and at this point it is a matter of waiting for a response to those tickets.
