There’s a few alternatives — and posting here is not one of them. This forum is to report bugs on the Battle.Net Mobile App – it’s the wrong place for issues in a specific game.
You don’t say what game this is for… so it’s a bit hard to redirect you. It looks like this might be for Diablo Immortal… but perhaps not. Each game has its own forum. You could post in the Discussion category for your game… and ask for help… much like you did here. Or you could submit a bug report… and see if you get comments from regulars.
