Activision ban and no support

we (veterans) use vanguard to meet and play and chat (cross platform reach more people), a support group as it were. i purchased a new computer and only have the same software i have had on all my system and you banned me on 2 accounts for vanguard.

veterans advocate say i may have a recourse to COSTCO since i purchased the computer there or maybe a social media event to stop others from getting banned, plus i pre purchased MW2 and don’t want to get banned from the same file that banned me

just want to know so i can fix for next time, blizzard sends me to activison website which inturn sends me to blizzard
