Account Support

Help!!!
So, I have been trying to sync the battle.net authenticator app on my android with my laptop. But instead, I’ve been getting nowhere fast…

I failed to update my phone number with my battle.net account before I got a new one.

I thought I had it all figured out, (the acceptable documentation and required special presentation style) so, I created a ticket, my photo ready to attach, but there was no submit button, only Mr. continue… and that opened a “Try this instead” suggestion that then refreshed the web page back to where I was before and of course all my ticket also refreshed with it…
I just need to know how to submit a support ticket to battle.net …

Someone help me plz?!
