What do you mean “everything was taken off of it”?
Are the game licenses gone? That requires CS to prove the person moving them is the registered owner of the account with ID and they can only bed moved to an account registered in the same name.
Are you SURE you are logging into the right Bnet account under the right email? If you have issues finding it you can put in a ticket to have CS help you. ID will be required.

If you really think your account is compromised you need to first scan for malware/viruses. Then you need to assume your email is also compromised and change that password from a clean device.
