My blizzard account was recently hacked from a password data leak. I have tons of email recites from buying stuff on cod. Is there any way somebody could help me?

Blizzard has not been compromised or lost data in any way. If you used your same password on a different site though, that could be an issue. You also have to be sure never to fall for phishing scams and to keep your PC malware free.
If your Blizzard account is compromised you can put in a ticekt to regain access after reading this. You will probably need Govt issued ID. Blizzard Support - Account Hacked
