I went to log into my blizzard account about 2 weeks ago and i had to reset the password. After being able to log in I found that everything on my account was gone. My WOW subscription and characters were gone, it doesn’t even have my purchase history of the subscription. My progress and accounts on other games are gone. My only conclusion is my account was hacked. I submitted a ticket and secured my computer and blizzard account and I’ve been patiently waiting because I know these are rough times. But, 2 weeks?! I’m starting to lose hope on getting my account back.
It seems they could care less about us. They could answer emails and chat from home yet they dont and all I need is my authenticator removed I sent in my I’d and everything just bought modern warfare and can’t play it because of this.
