account seems to have been compromised by a taiwanese hacker and technical support is saying they cannot reset the password for me

This has been happening a lot within the past like 6 months or so. No accounts seem to be safe from this hack which is scary
The way these servers and player base is going… It be safer just to shut it all down and rebuild it right.
