Account banned but no email

My account got banned one week ago but I haven’t received anything from Blizzard. So I tried to contact support and ask them what is going on. They replied me things like “we have confirmed our finding, and we wont change the ban”. I asked two times about why I got banned and how long it is gonna last and they replied the exactly same template, which totally did not answer my question.

It is making me really angry because support staffs acting like they don’t speak English and don’t care about my problem.

So can you tell me about my ban. Or maybe you don’t know why I got banned?

I have the exact same problem, but I’m not even getting a response.

It’s like they do not even care about taking care of subscribers, even while begging for more of them
