My account suspension period is until October 11th, but the Asia server suspension has not yet been resolved.
I’m not seeing any active penalty on the account. Please try to log out then log back in at your earliest convenience. If this does not help, try a password reset which will do a refresh of the account data on our servers.

There is a currently known issue with Suspensions not being lifted correctly. The solution is to put in a ticket stating that the Suspension is over but has not lifted due to a bug. The Customer Support forums has mentioned it. It is not just US, but EU too as far as I understand.
