The Bubble Shield
Projects a Partial Barrier around a shield giving the shield the ability to block true damage heroes and ability’s the bubble only has 150- 200 hp with a 8 Second uptime, and same goes for Reinhardt, and when this bubble is damage it will increase the dmg of the first melee attack max being 15% more dmg.
