Anniversary guilds are still experiencing issues. For example, no guilds can be found on Thunderstrike (EU).

Dreamscythe is still having issues (this is the Guild APIs)
post in the bug forum about your issues and the relevant realm, api url and namespace for them to be able to do any thing and for tracking
