2 accounts battlenet issue

I cannot log on to my 2nd account to enchant my items. How can i fix this?

First is the issue loading multiple Battlenet Desktop Applications? If so you should be able to check the allow multiple instances of battle.net on this system option under the app settings.

If the issue is opening multiple World of Warcraft game clients, then you would receive more direct community assistance by posting here.

I have this checked already and i cannot load the 2nd account. It does not light up at all.
