The most messed up game I have ever played. My CPU is at 100% and my GPU is at 0% way to make a game that forces your components to bottle neck. Never have i had this in another game before. I have a i7 9700K AND a 2070 super. There is no way my CPU could bottleneck my GPU fix you launcher or game whatever is making it do this.
